DIP is a "plug-in" that inserts a part into a PCB version and integrates the part in the form of a plug-in due to its larger size and is not suitable for mounting or where SMT technology is not available in the manufacturing process. At present, there are two kinds of realization methods of artificial plug-in and robot plug-in in the industry, and the main production processes are: adhesion adhesive (to prevent tin plating to the place where it should not be), plug-in, inspection, wave soldering, brush pcb board (to remove stains left in the process of passing through the furnace) and manufacturing inspection.
